These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Wildwood Paper's Website and Services.
All designs and stationery are copyright of Wildwood Paper. All rights are reserved. All design work is original and undertaken by Grace Taylor under Wildwood Paper. Any unauthorised reproduction of Wildwood Paper's designs or products is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorised copying or printing of design work will be taken very seriously. Legal action will be taken in all such cases. Any designs created using my bespoke service will remain copyright of Wildwood Paper.
Customisable Stationery Orders
Once you have decided which collection and products you would like to purchase, a price breakdown will be emailed to you within 1 - 2 working days. Once this has been agreed and all relevant text sent through, digital PDF proofs will be emailed to you within 3 - 5 working days. After the approval of proofs, full payment will be required and must be cleared before your stationery order is placed. Wildwood Paper will not be held responsible for any delay on this timeframe if all relevant text has not been received. It is entirely your responsibility to check PDF proofs for mistakes before they are sent to print. Please note, there may be a slight difference in colour between your stationery items when printing at different times and using different machines/processes. Any variations in colour that may occur will not result in a refund, reprint or return.
Bespoke Stationery Orders
All bespoke orders require a consultation, either at my Sheffield based studio, over the phone or via email, for me to ascertain as much detail as possible about your wedding so that I can create the perfect stationery for you and your wedding. You will then be sent a price breakdown and a rough design idea within 2 - 3 working days of your consultation. Once this has been approved a 20% non-refundable deposit will be required and all relevant text should be sent over. Digital PDF proofs will be emailed to you within 10 working days. After the approval of proofs, the balance will be required and must be cleared before your stationery order is placed. Wildwood Paper will not be held responsible for any delay on this timeframe if all relevant text has not been received. It is entirely your responsibility to check PDF proofs for mistakes before they are sent to print. Wildwood Paper will endeavour to ensure a high level of quality and accuracy in proofs based using the information supplied by you, however the responsibility of the all text, colours, guest names and appearance of final products will lie with you once you have approved the final email proof(s).
Colours displayed in PDF proofs may vary slightly from the colours of the final printed product. The colours displayed on screen resolution and in print will be slightly different. You should view your proofs on a desktop / laptop computer wherever possible, as phone screens often distort colours significantly. I try to show all stationery products and colours as accurately as possible, but would advise ordering a printed sample (of customisable stationery) before placing your order.
Unfortunately due to the nature of personalised items refunds will not be accepted.
Standard UK delivery has a flat rate of £4.50 and will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class tracked and signed / £8.50 and will be sent via a courier service for larger / heavier items. For larger stationery orders I will require your contact telephone number as well as shipping address in order for the courier company to contact you directly regarding your delivery. Your address and phone number will not be passed on to any third party or used for any other reason. Collection from my studio in Sheffield is free of charge, with collection at a mutually pre-agreed time. International rates vary. A quote will need to be agreed once you have chosen your stationery items and weight and size can be determined. Wildwood Paper strives to meet all delivery deadlines. However, all agreed delivery dates are approximate and Wildwood Paper cannot be held responsible or accountable as a result of failure to deliver on any set date or dates.
All customer details are in the possession of Wildwood Paper through a purchase made through either Wildwood Paper or Etsy. Customer information is used to contact the customer directly regarding orders and to post out goods. They will not be used for anything other than the terms under which they supplied that information and their details will never be shared with a third party. Customer information, including wedding details, are kept on the system for 6 months after your wedding date, and from then only your names, wedding date and photographs of item(s) that you ordered may be kept on the Wildwood Paper calendar and used to promote and market Wildwood Paper as a Wedding Stationery brand.
Customers are within their rights to request data that is held on them at any time and can also request that it be erased at any time.
Wildwood Paper takes all payments for purchases, services or bespoke work via either Paypal or bank transfer and does not hold any bank details whatsoever. Transaction information however is retained for a minimum of 6 years for tax purposes.
