  • How long is the design process?

    Customisable wedding stationery has a lead time of 3 - 5 working days to receive your digital proofs or 5 - 7 working days if you want to make adjustments to the colour scheme, from receipt of your relevant text.

    Bespoke wedding stationery has a lead time of 10 working days to receive your digital proofs once the rough design idea has been approved and the text has been received.

    Any commission based work, including custom leather jackets, will have a lead time of around 10 working days, project depending!

    If you need your artwork / stationery sooner than these time estimates please get in touch and I'll see what I can do for you.

  • How long does printing take?

    Please allow up to 2 weeks for printing after proofs have been agreed. If your order is urgent please let me know and I can see if the printers can rush it through for us! Please note that there is a surcharge for rush orders and they're not always possible, so try to order in plenty of time.

  • Can I order a printed sample of my Wedding Stationery?

    Of course! Samples of customisable stationery ranges are available directly from my shop or via Etsy. Unfortunately these are not personalised to you, but will give you an idea of print / paper quality and what to expect when you place your order. I have limited availability of previous bespoke wedding stationery orders, please get in touch with the specific design you're interested in and I will happily provide a sample wherever possible.

    Unfortunately due to printer set up costs I am unable to provide you with printed proof samples.

  • Can you recreate bespoke stationery designs?

    Unfortunately not, each bespoke order is just that, completely bespoke! Have a look through previous examples of stationery created for each couple to get some inspiration, but remember this is your wedding and you can have whatever you like.

  • How much is delivery?

    Standard delivery is £4.50 / £8.50 within the UK, all items are sent via a tracked and signed / courier service depending on the size of the order. International rates vary.

  • What does the design fee include?

    For customisable stationery, the design fee covers everything from initial design time to personalising your invitations to suit you and your wedding, this includes as many changes as you need to get it perfect! For bespoke stationery it covers absolutely everything from the rough ideas stage to the final proofing stage, and also includes as many changes as you need to get it perfect.

  • When should we order our Wedding Stationery?

    There are no hard and fast rules, just do whatever feels right for you!

    But to give you a general idea, I recommend sending save the dates around a year to 18 months in advance, and invitations from 6 - 9 months in advance, depending on how much information your guests will need to know. For example, if they need to book flights then the more notice they get the happier they will be! Or do most of your guests already know the date you're getting married? You can skip right to the invitation fun if you like!

    For on the day stationery you will need to order 2 - 3 weeks in advance of your wedding for customisable orders, and 4 - 6 weeks in advance for bespoke orders.
