Have a look around and see what you fancy, and then use the scroll down options on each listing to choose the elements and quantities you’d like and go through to check out. For custom invitations, all I’ll need after you’ve placed your order is all your relevant text emailing over to me at grace@wildwood-paper.co.uk and you will receive your digital proofs within 3-5 working days.

Haven’t quite found what you’re looking for yet? Perhaps a bespoke option is for you. Bespoke wedding stationery can be ordered here. when will i receive my wedding order?

The lead-time for digital proofs is 3-5 working days for customisable collections, and 10 working days for bespoke designs once I have received your text/the bespoke design layout has been approved by you.

The proofing process including any amendments you may need typically takes around a week. When we’re ready to send to print, once full payment has been received please allow up to 2 weeks for printing and shipping. So typically your order should be with you in around 3 weeks for ready to order designs, and 4-5 weeks for bespoke orders.

If your order is urgent please let me know and I can see if the printers can rush it through for us! Please note that there is a surcharge for rush orders and they're not always possible, so try to order in plenty of time.

can i order a printed sample of my wedding stationery?

Of course! Samples of customisable stationery ranges are available directly from my shop. Unfortunately these are not personalised to you, but will give you an idea of print/paper quality and what to expect when you place your order. I have limited availability of previous bespoke wedding stationery orders, please get in touch with what you're interested in and I will happily provide a sample wherever possible.

Unfortunately due to printer set up costs I am unable to provide you with printed proof samples.

i’ve fallen in love with a custom ready-to-order design but it doesn’t quite fit our colour theme, is it possible to tweak the colours?

Absolutely! All the designs you see on my website are hand-drawn and designed by me, and the beauty of that is that I can go in and change a single flower or a whole colour scheme to be whatever your heart desires. Anything is possible! I can make small tweaks completely free of charge, and bigger changes are charged at £25. Just get in touch and we can have a chat through what you had in mind!

can you recreate bespoke stationery designs?

Unfortunately not, each bespoke order is just that, completely bespoke! Have a look through previous examples of stationery created for each couple to get some inspiration, but remember this is your wedding and you can have whatever you like. I can match your invitations to your wedding flowers, or your table plan to the colour of your dogs bow tie. No problem!

when should we order our wedding stationery?

There are no hard and fast rules, just do whatever feels right for you!

But to give you a general idea, I recommend sending save the dates around a year to 18 months in advance, and invitations from 6 - 9 months in advance, depending on how much information your guests will need to know. For example, if they need to book flights then the more notice they get the happier they will be! Or do most of your guests already know the date you're getting married? You can skip right to the invitation fun if you like!

For on-the-day stationery you will need to order at least 2 - 3 weeks in advance of your wedding for customisable orders, and 4 - 6 weeks in advance for bespoke orders. But the more notice I have before your wedding day, the happier I will be!

I've written a handy blog post all about your wedding stationery timeline if you'd like a more colourful guide!

do you draw everything yourself?

I do! Every single flower has been hand drawn by me, scanned in and then worked up in Photoshop and put together with beautiful fonts I like the look of to create the botanical wedding stationery you see on my website. That’s why if you want to add a specific flower that’s meaningful to you, or tweak the colours to suit your wedding theme, it’s absolutely possible.

we want our wedding to be as eco-friendly as possible, can you help?

Yes! I’m very conscious of the environmental impact of Wildwood Paper and make the most eco-friendly decisions I can within both my ready-to-order shop items and wedding packages. I print onto FSC approved card and the majority of the envelopes used are recycled kraft. Some custom collections have a bigger focus on eco materials than others, for example Olive Branch, and the card can even be swapped out for a beautiful recycled option if you prefer, just get in touch! Some wedding orders may be packaged with bubble wrap to ensure they get to you in perfect condition, if this is the case then rest assured that it has been recycled from orders that I have received, and I would love for you to use it again if possible. Otherwise your order will arrive with you plastic free with fully recyclable packaging.

Do you take your own photographs?

The majority of the beautiful photographs you can see on my website are taken by a very talented bunch of photographers. If you’re looking for a photographer for your wedding/business/products/head shots/the list is endless, then please get in touch and I will happily recommend one of these clever people to you that will be perfect for the job!
